I wanted to take some time to express my gratitude to all of you at White Auto Body. Recently, I had to bring my truck in for a fender repair due to a neighbor’s friend backing into it! From the moment I brought it in for an estimate, from Kenny Smit to all the office folks, it was a most positive experience. I wanted to share my experience with you. I was amazed with your Collette. Collette handled customer after customer in a friendly, courteous, sincere approach all while moving quickly and efficiently. When she caught her breath, she offered to make us coffee! We get our rental and are on our way. We were called by a kind service guy who reviewed repairs in detail with my husband and gave us a delivery date. I can’t keep my cell on at work only to find that every other day Collette had left a message with updates on progress. She has such a sincere, kind tone to her voice and for me, she left information I cared about and she was true to her word. This young lady is an asset to your company! Collette’s customer service and tone were perfect! The only thing that I recall clearly when waiting for the rental, the gentleman Dave ran thru the area from his desk and Collette said “Run Forrest Run!” The whole waiting room laughed, and after the stress of my accident, it was a welcome, much needed laugh! White Auto Body exceeded my expectations! The customer service was great; Kenny helped with the estimate then referred me to the Enterprise office on site. I was in and out in not time. When I came to pick up my van Barb went over everything and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. My van hasn’t been so clean and pretty since I bought it. I have been driving for 30 years and this was my first accident, I was worried and unsure of the processes but the helped me through it and with a smile on my face. I know your company, like mine and many others depend on word of mouth advertising. I have been a verbal supporter for many years recommending you auto body repair company to friends and family. I also know that usually you only hear from the complainers and the satisfied customers simply ride off into the sunset. Not me.
