Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless Dent Repair is a process of repairing dents without having to repaint your vehicle. PDR removes dents, dings, creases, and hail damage without affecting the original factory finish. Dents are repaired using specially-made tools to slowly push the dent out from the inside of the dented panel. Again, the vehicle's finish is not affected. When performed by one of our skilled technicians, the results are remarkable; it is like the dent was never there. As always all of our work has a lifetime warranty.

Estimates
Beginning the car repair process can be overwhelming. When we evaluate your car for damage, our staff will guide you through the entire procedure. After the estimator assesses your vehicle, he/she will provide you with a report detailing the damage along with an approximate cost for repairs. If your repair involves an insurance company, our estimator will serve as your liaison to your insurance company's representative.
There is a big difference between facilities. Any collision repairer can give you a lower price by leaving something out or overlooking parts. The skilled craftsmen at White Auto Body will do an outstanding job restoring your car correctly and efficiently at a fair price.
Car Rental
Access to a rental car is very important for our customers. While you are at White Auto Body receiving assistance with your car repair needs, we can also assist you in making rental car arrangements with Enterprise. Enterprise has an office on site for our customers' convince.
Collision Repair
When you schedule your car for repair, you are given an estimated date of completion. During the repair time, one of our Customer Service Representatives will call you with an update within 48 hours. If an insurance company is involved, our staff will serve as your liaison.
Several factors including extent of damage and parts availability can affect the time it takes to complete your repairs. We understand how valuable your time is and strive to keep the repair time to a minimum. Oftentimes, our Parts Managers will pre-order the required parts so when the customer drops off their car our technicians can get started. This process helps to ensure a timely and accurate repair.
Paint and Refinish
Paint Matching: Color match is a top concern for people who are having their cars repaired. At White Auto Body, we use high-quality paint products from Akzo Nobel Coatings to ensure paint matching. Once the collision repair technicians complete their part of the repair process, your car goes to our paint department where the refinish technicians prep the car for paint application. During this process, the technician accesses a database containing paint formulas based on make, year, and the auto manufacturer's car code. This data combined with our computerized system guarantees a perfect color match with the factory color.
Paint Application: The actual paint application process takes place in a climate-controlled downdraft booth. This setting is nearly dust-free and bakes the paint onto the vehicle while significantly reducing drying time. The result is an invisible repair.
Detail and Delivery
The next step after paint application is reassembly and cleaning. Following reassembly of all parts, White Auto Body's detail technicians thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of your car. Before delivery, the car undergoes a final inspection and test drive. When you receive your car, you will see a professionally repaired spotless vehicle.
Warranty
White Auto Body takes great care to insure that every repair meets our standards for quality and that you are completely satisfied. Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. For more details about our warranty, please refer to the agreement given with each repair.
